Art, framing and signage for the whole building.
Best Framing does corporate and hospitality art framing across Orange County. Open a corporate account with us to get access to bulk and corporate pricing structures for large projects. Art consultation and curation services are available including custom graphic design and installation, for hospitality, healthcare and office projects, site-measured from our 10,000 square foot showroom and production facility in Costa Mesa.

Lobbies, lounges, guest rooms and boardrooms, photographed finished.
Rooms from our commercial accounts. Client names are held back until each account confirms them, so the work is here and the logos are not.

Lobby
A grid of framed drawings, hung as one wall. Matched black frames on a double-height wall, spaced to the hairline, with a second run of framed objects over the coffee bar.

Clubhouse lounge
Panoramas along the banquette. A long run at one height, spaced to the seating below it.

Conference room
Two pieces beside the screen. Framed canvases in walnut mouldings, sized to the wall the screen already owns.

Guest suite
A floated canvas over the bed, a matched pair over the sofa. One white float moulding and two gilt, in the same room, on purpose.

Bedroom
A five-piece series over the headboard wall. Five sizes, matched black mouldings and mats, stepped along the wall.

Clubhouse bar
A gallery wall beside the bar. Mixed mouldings, and an object among the prints.

Model living room
A salon wall of photographs, a sign and sheet music. Different frames, one wall, and nothing on it lines up by default.

Media room
The state flag, floated and framed in a gold moulding, hung among the reclaimed-wood panels rather than against them.
Consulted, produced, delivered and hung by one team.
Hospitality, healthcare and office projects, and the art consultants and architecture firms who specify them. The advantage is a fine-art background, color management and craftsmanship applied to the whole building, so the signage matches the framed work it hangs beside.

Pricing
Bulk and corporate pricing structures for large projects. Quoted from your plans, your drawings or a site visit, because there is no published price list.
Art consultation
Art consultation and curation services are available including custom graphic design: sourcing, sizing and sequencing the pieces to the floor plan.
Production runs
Volume framing and production runs. The same frame, mat and glazing repeated across every room, chopped and joined in-house, with the giclée and UV printing done in our own lab.
Signage
Interior business signage, ADA and wayfinding signs, dimensional signs and lettering, wall graphics and decals, window graphics. CNC- and laser-cut, color managed with the framed work.
Project management
Site measurements and consultations, at your project or at the design counter in front of the corner-sample wall.
Installation
Professional art and mirror installation by our own crew, from a single oversized mirror to a lobby print grid.
Delivery, crating and freight
Delivery and pickup in and around Orange County. For large pieces, multiple piece orders, or long distances we can build a custom wood crate. We have existing freight service accounts for shipping crates, and we confirm receiving requirements, such as a forklift, before booking shipment.
Quoted from your plans and drawings, hung by our own crew.
We work with art consultants and architecture firms on hospitality, healthcare and office projects. Start from the plans, the drawings or a site visit, and the framing, the printing, the signage and the installation are all handled by one team, from our 10,000 square foot showroom and production facility in Costa Mesa.

- The samples
- Consultations happen at your project or at our design counter, with the corner-sample wall in reach.
- The run
- The same frame, mat and glazing repeated across every room, chopped and joined in-house, with the prints and the signs color-matched to the framed work in our own lab.
- The handover

The signage comes out of the same room as the giclée.
What it makes possible: direct-to-substrate UV printing on wood, acrylic, pearled and brushed aluminum, tile and cabinet doors. Wall graphics, dimensional signs and lettering, printed with the same color management as the framed prints for the lobby, on the same floor as the wood shop that cuts their frames.

Color managed first
File preparation and prepress assistance, color management and color matching. Every file for the building is color-managed here, with proofs to confirm the appearance on the selected materials before a press runs.

The 64-inch solvent press
Nine inks plus white, for vinyl, wallpaper, magnetic receptive paper and back-lit media. The 60 × 96 inch UV flatbed sits beside it, for printing straight onto the medium itself.

The CNC and the laser
Rounded corners, bevelled edges, routed holes and custom shaped outlines, cut here rather than sent out to a trade shop. You specify the shape and the edges of your print on wood, metal or acrylic.

Dimensional lettering
Fine-art craftsmanship for custom signs and displays. The lettering for a lobby is cut in the building where its artwork is framed, by the people who framed it.

“The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished piece turned out even better than we expected.”
SC Carts, Inc., writing on
in June 2026 about the custom logo artwork we sized and spaced with them.
