Your store takes the order. We ship the finished piece from ours.
Best Framing runs framed print fulfillment for online stores from its shop in Costa Mesa, Orange County. Online sales has created a new demand for quick turnaround times, competitive pricing, and on demand shipping. Best Framing takes care of all of that.

Every step under one roof, so nothing changes hands.
We can scan and reproduce the artwork, print it, frame it and ship it from the same building on Placentia Avenue, which is what lets an order go from a file to a boxed, framed piece without leaving our hands.

Order
Send us the order as it comes in, or connect the store, as one professional art photographer has, so its orders come to us directly.
Print
Archival giclée on canvas, cold-press watercolor paper or matte and luster cotton papers, with pigment inks. Direct-to-substrate UV printing on many compatible flat materials. Color managed here, from your file.
Frame
Custom framed in the same building, chopped and joined by hand, or stretched in house if it is a canvas.
Package
Wrapped and boxed in-house. For large pieces, multiple piece orders or long distances we can build a custom wood crate.
Ship
Directly from our store to your customer, on our freight accounts when a crate is involved, without you lifting a finger or moving a box.
The print lab an order runs through.
The 60 × 96 inch UV flatbed prints directly onto wood, acrylic, pearled and brushed aluminum, tile, fabric, leather and other compatible flat materials. The 64-inch giclée printer puts archival pigment ink on canvas, cold-press watercolor paper and matte or luster cotton papers. Same roof as the chop saw and the mat cutter, and the orders are packed here too.

Proofed before the run
Proof prints, weighted flat in the shop. File preparation and prepress assistance, color management and color matching run through every print.

The 64-inch giclée printer
Giclées on canvas, cold-press watercolor paper, or either of our matte or luster acid-free cotton-based papers.

Packed in-house
Wrapped and boxed by our team, then handed to the van or the freight account.

Crates and freight
For large pieces, multiple piece orders, or long distances we can build a custom wood crate. We have existing freight service accounts for shipping crates, and we confirm receiving requirements, such as a forklift, before booking shipment.
Built for runs, not only one-offs.

Print-on-demand since 2020
Print-on-demand is not new here. In 2020 the shop introduced a print-on-demand gallery with a local photographer.

Selling your own work
If you are the artist or photographer behind the store, start with artist fulfillment. Giclée for resale, stretched or framed, and a conversation at the counter about reproducing your work if you are only starting out.
